Foundations of Yoga
A six week series for

Moving with the breath from pose to pose, Eva will take us through a variety of sequences for an energizing, whole-body practice. If you've never done yoga before, this is a great introduction. If you've been practicing for awhile and would like to shore up your foundation, join us! Classes typically have a high student-instructor ratio - great for detailed adjustments. Call or stop by to sign up; there is a minimum enrollment requirement.

What is Ascension Martial Arts?
Ascension Martial Arts is about rising to your next level. By working body, mind, and spirit together, we can find new ways of living and enjoying life. We train primarily in Shaolin kung fu, with seasoning from a few other martial arts.
