We know time is short, so in just 45 minutes, we’ll pack in a high intensity workout followed by yoga-inspired stretching. Using the principle of muscle confusion, your body will not have a chance to adapt or become complacent, allowing you to build strength, agility, and endurance efficiently during a 12-20 minute session. Then we follow up with a slower-paced but no less challenging session of strength and flexibility training.This is the workout you’ve been looking for!
